What is the Go 4 Less card?
The go for less card is administered by Active Luton on behalf of Luton Borough Council. It gives you amazing discounts and benefits at Active Luton’s sports and leisure facilities for a whole year, and anyone can apply for a card.
A special concessionary rate is available to those who qualify, which makes accessing sports and leisure facilities in Luton affordable for everyone.
The benefits of a Go 4 Less card
As a card holder you will benefit from year round discounts at Active Luton sports facilities as well as:
- 7 day advanced booking for most facilities and activities
- prior booking for courses or sessions
- use your card as an equipment deposit.
Who gets concessionary rates?
Applicants who receive:
- Working tax credit or chld tax credit and have an annual gross household income of less than £15,460 for 2007
- Income support
- Income based job seekers allowance
- Incapacity benefit
- Housing or council tax benefit
- Disability living or attendance allowance
Note: if you meet the above criteria, your children in full-time education will also be eligible for concessionary rates - Pension credit
- Luton Sports Network endorsement for talented young sports people in full-time education.

How do I apply for a card?
Download an application form, complete it and take it with all the necessary documentation to your local Active Luton centre. If you prefer you can also pick up an application form from your local centre.
