These are some of the air pollution problems we can deal with:

  • dust and smoke from building and construction sites
  • odours from restaurants and factories
  • bonfires

Unfortunately, we're not able to help with the following:

  • cooking odours from domestic properties
  • exhaust smoke from buses and heavy goods vehicles. Smoky vehicle hotline.

Industrial air pollution control
We are responsible for permitting and inspecting certain industrial activities which have the potential to cause air pollution. More information.
