The government has published an Air Quality Strategy which represents an approach to maintaining and improving the quality of ambient air in the UK. Outlined in the strategy are the air quality objectives for the pollutants the government considers are of most concern at present and the date by which it believes these objectives should be met.
In response to the strategy, we reviewed and assessed air quality in Luton and produced the following reports:
