The Luton Citizens’ Panel is made up of 1000 local people who are involved in regular council consultations.
The panel is made up of about 1000 Luton residents who have agreed to act as a ‘sounding board’ for the council and its partners.
Its members are representative of the adult population of Luton in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, employment status and the areas they live.
Typically panel members complete questionnaires, take part in discussion groups and interviews, giving their views about local services such as community safety, transport and youth provision.
