Scouts are encouraged to take part in a wide range of activities and can work towards a number of Challenge Activity Badges. Being outdoors is very important and you can spend a lot of time participating in the traditional scouting skills such as camping, survival and cooking, plus taking part in anything from abseiling to yachting.
