Risk assessments

The example risk assessment form can be downloaded at the bottom of this page and shows examples of good practice for many of the most common elements of events - such as bouncy castle, catering, marquee, face painting, etc - and has certain compulsory sections which apply to all public events. It is important that your risk assesment covers all the aspects of your event and that your actions column reflects all the actions you need to take to minimise each risk or hazard.

Health and Safety will check through the completed risk assessment and we will let you know if you need to make any additions or changes to the document before you receive event approval.
