If your event contains music and/or dancing and therefore needs a licence and has the potential to cause noise pollution, please pay attention to the final page of the Conditions of Hire document.
This section details the noise related conditions which are legally binding including as part of any Premises Licence or Temporary Events Notice for events of this nature. We will confirm with your agreement letter whether your event requires.
- a nominated Noise Control Person responsible for noise monitoring/control on the day, or
- one Noise Consultant to be appointed by you, at cost to yourselves
