Led by Luton Borough Council's Arts Development Unit the groups shown form the Luton Classical Music Network. The network was formed to develop co-operation between groups and organisations in Luton promoting classical music, to their mutual benefit.

It aims to build and share audiences and is part of the Council's strategy to promote classical music and to support the voluntary organisations in the town that help to deliver the music.
