When will my grounds be cleared or maintained?

Rubbish
We provide bin chutes for tenants to dispose of their day to day rubbish. Please follow these guidelines:

• only throw items in small bags down the chutes
• do not throw large items
• do not force things into the bin chutes  - they get stuck

If you have large items to dispose of, please call 01582 51 03 33 and we will remove these. When you call you will have to tell us what items you want us to collect, (these are the only items we will take).

Do not leave rubbish in communal areas – you will be charged for the removal of this.
