Annual Report to Council Tenants

We also want to ensure that we not only exceed the minimum standards set by the Tenant Services Association (TSA), but also exceed the expectations you have of us.

Each year we provide a report for tenants that tells you how we have performed over the past 12 months.

The Annual Report to Luton Borough Council Tenants tells you, amongst other things, how we spend the rent that you pay, how your rent compares to other housing landlords, what we've been doing to tackle anti-social behaviour, and how we are doing on repairs.
