Physical activity can include everyday walking, cycling, working out in the gym, dancing, families playing together as well as organised sport - there is something out there for everyone, it doesn’t have to cost and can be very sociable!
Physical activity can be fun, good for your health both socially and physically, and enhance your overall quality of life.
Someone who is physically active reduces their risk of developing a stroke, type-2 diabetes and other health risks by up to 50 per cent.
