Form LLC1 is a search of the LLCR dealing with restrictions and prohibitions resulting in a charge being registered against the property.
The LLC1 is known as the Official Certificate of Search. Entries revealed upon the LLC1 can include financial charges, conditional planning permissions and agreements, tree preservation orders, enforcement notices, conservation areas, listed buildings and listed building consents, article 4 directions etc. All registrations held upon the LLCR are binding on successive owners. Any proposals currently under consideration by the local authority will not be shown on the LLC1 until a final decision is made and a charge can be created. Any pending proposals would be shown on the results of a CON29 search.
