Develop EBP is an organisation that arranges work experience and extended work experience for Luton Schools.
Work experience placements are designed to give pupils experience of working life and the key skills needed in the workplace, they can take part in placements from year 10 onwards.
These experiences are organsied via the school, with most Luton schools using the Develop EBP organisation to organise block (two week) placements.
