Best Value is a natural extension of our vision and commitment to continuous improvement.
We are committed to delivering services which compare with the very best, and achieving continuous improvement in all services. We have a legal duty to achieve best value, which the Government has defined as delivering top quality services at a low cost. We have to demonstrate to local people that we are making improvements in all services.
The annual best value performance plan (BVPP) contains performance indicators showing how services are performing, and describes what we will be doing to improve over the next year.
Copies of the best value performance plan are also available for reference at Luton's libraries.
