Monday 10.30am - 12.30pm (benefits and community care)
Tuesday 10.30am - 12.30pm (housing)
Thursday 10.30am - 12.30pm (employment and discrimination advice)
Friday 10.30am - 12.30pm (immigration)
Referral procedure
Self referral by telephone as above or organizations can refer clients by telephoning 01582 48 20 00.
A dedicated equalities advice line operates on a Monday and Tuesday, 10.30am-12.30pm on 01582 48 07 45.
Casework services are limited to people who live or work in Luton.
Consultation and training is also provided for other organizations.
