Flooding

Using the latest available technology, Environmental Agency staff monitor rainfall, river levels and sea conditions 24 hours a day and use this information to forecast the possibility of flooding. If flooding is forecast, warnings are issued.

We will assist the Environment Agency when flood warnings are issued and at times of emergency, will assist to protect the public at large.
