Consumer Advice

Advice on shopping problems is provided by Consumer Direct and you can access this by calling them on 08454 04 05 06 or by visiting the Consumer Direct webpage. There is also an online form you can use to register a complaint against a trader or business.

Alternatively, you can call in person at our One Stop Shop at the town hall on Monday to Friday 9.30am - 1.00pm and 2.00pm - 4.00pm and ask for Trading Standards.

Please note that there will be no Consumer Advice available to personal callers on the following dates: June 7th, 10th, 11th, 14th, 17th and 18th.
