Consumer Advice

Advice on shopping problems is provided by Consumer Direct and you can access this by calling them on 08454 04 05 06 or by visiting the Consumer Direct webpage. There is also an online form you can use to register a complaint against a trader or business.

From the 17th Oct 2011, Trading Standards will no longer operate a drop in personal caller service.
Should you require advice you should contact Consumer Direct in the first instance and if the matter needs to be dealt with by an officer, Consumer Direct can refer the matter to us, and we contact you within 2 working days in order to make an appointment.
