Luton BC and ESF Co-financing
Luton Borough Council has been appointed as a co-financing organisation for the European Social Fund 2007 – 2013 Programme. This means that Luton can invite tenders to deliver defined training and support projects for skills and employment. The initial award during the first funding period of 2008 to 2010 was for a initial ESF value of £1,250,000. Luton has since been awarded an additional £778,000 of funding for the first half of the programme giving a total of £2,028,000.
Luton’s ESF allocation for the second half of the programme (2011 to 2013) is £1,835,746.
To date there have been five procurement rounds and a total of fifteen projects are now being delivered. A full list of projects is available to download below.
