What Funding is Available?
If you want funding for a project or your organisation and don't know where to look for information about what is available, you need to read "Funding Opportunities". This is a monthly publication, researched and produced by the Regeneration Service and shown at the link below. "Funding Opportunities" is sent by email to several hundred voluntary and community organisations in Luton.
"Funding Opportunities" contains pages of information on the latest and most current funding opportunities. It also contains interesting news articles relating to funding, information on local training events and procurement and tender opportunities. In between the monthly publications, email alerts are sent where deadlines for application are imminent.
We also publish information on the Luton Learning Grid about the latest funding opportunities available for education, schools and youth projects.

Which Funder Is The Best To Approach?
Funding can come from many different places including Europe, the UK Government, Local Government, the National Lottery and Grant Making Trusts. A range of different types of funding is available to apply for at different times and for different things; this can include grants, which may mean producing outputs or outcomes for the funder, increasingly there are more opportunities available for the voluntary or third sector organisations to apply for service level agreements or contracts in return for services provided.
If after reading "Funding Opportunities" you can not decide which funder you should apply to, we may be able to help you by carrying out some tailored research on your behalf. We will need some information from you, about your organisation and the project you want a grant for, how much funding you need and other details.
We may want to meet with you to find out more about you and your organisation before we can carry out the research and then we will meet with you again to discuss the results and help you decide how to proceed.
If you would like us to carry out a search for your organisation or project, you can download the search enquiry form, when completed please, return it to RegenFunding@luton.gov.uk
