Discounted travel for college students

Luton Post-16 Transport Partnership have agreed a great new Savercard scheme to provide discounted bus travel for Luton students attending Luton Colleges or Dunstable College.

You can apply for a Luton Student Savercard if you meet all of the following criteria.

You must be:

• a full time student
• living in Luton
• aged between 16 and not over 19 on 31 August 2007
• attending Barnfield College, Luton Sixth Form College, Dunstable College, or Cardinal Newman Sixth Form.

This is a new student travel scheme and brings the following benefits to students:

• cut price travel on Arriva and Centrebus services.
• inflation free! no bus fare increases. Fares fixed for the whole academic year.
• weekly tickets offer unlimited travel at any time within Luton and Dunstable (throughout the Luton 'Plusbus' zone).
