You can join at any library in Luton, if you live, work or study in the Borough. There’s no charge to become a member, but you will be asked to fill in a form and produce printed proof of your name and present address. A variety of documents can be used as proof, including:

• Driving licence with current address
• Benefit/pension order book
• Council tax payment
• Medical card
• Recent bill
• Rent book
• Council tax payment book
