Our customer service centre in the Town Hall is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm daily Mondays to Fridays, except on Wednesdays when it opens from 10.00am.
In addition we have three area offices around the town which are open as follows:
Purley Centre, Marsh Farm - Mondays to Fridays 10am to 5pm, closed 1-2pm for lunch
Lewsey Community Centre, Landrace Road - Mondays 9.00am to 5.00pm; Wednesdays 10.30am to 5.00pm
Farley Community Centre, Delphine Close - Thursdays 9.00am to 5.00pm
In all cases the area offices will be closed between 1.00pm and 2.00pm

Our main switchboard 01582 546000 is open from 8.45am to 5.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 8.45am to 5.00pm Fridays.
Alternatively there are a number of dedicated telephone lines which are open daily (Mondays to Fridays) from 8.00am to 6.00pm, Wednesdays 10.00am to 6.00pm.
