We are working in partnership with the Home Office Nationality Group.
The aim of the service is to help reduce delays in the process of applying for Britich Citizenship.
We will ensure that application forms are completed correctly and important documents that accompany the application form will be checked, copied and certified. However this service will not fast-track the application.
All documentation will be sent to the Home Office via special delivery.
The benefit of using this service is that your documents, including your passpost, remain in your safekeeping. We do not send your original documents to the Home Office.
This service is by appointment only and a fee will be charged for each application. If you wish to use our service, please contact the Citizenship Team on 01582 721905.
The Home Office has not set any statutory fees for this service and local authorities are able to set appropriate charges, to recover the costs of providing the service.
Please note that the fees have increased with effect from 1st January 2008.
