There are a number of ways to contact us - you can telephone the FIS team on 01582 54 88 88, complete an online enquiry form, send us an email or visit our online directory.
The Luton Family Information Service is open from 8.45am to 5.15pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4.30pm on Fridays. If you wish to speak to an Information Officer face to face, please come to the Family Information Service Offices located on the 2nd floor at Wesley House (please see the address below). There is an answer machine service for calls outside of these hours. Please leave a name and number and a FIS officer will get back to you.
If you are a local childcare provider and wish the FIS to advertise your service to families please complete the ‘FIS provider agreement form’ and, depending on the permissions you give us, we can provide your details to parents verbally, in writing and via the internet.
If you are a local service who provides education, health, support or recreational activities then check our directory to see if you are listed and if not contact us and ask for your organisation to be added. The directory is used by the public and local professionals. You can see your details listed online, email us to keep them up to date and the listing is free of charge. |
