Luton Children and Families Information Service is open from 8.45am to 5.15pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4.30 Fridays. If you wish to speak to an Information Officer face to face, please come to the desk in the Children's Library during Thursday rhyme and story times and ask for the Children's Information Service. Alternatively you could come down to our offices located on the 2nd floor on Victoria Street (please see the address below). There is an answer machine service for calls outside of these hours.
