Carnival

Over 80,000 people joined in the fun at Luton International Carnival 2009 (25 May), featuring a main music stage, entertainment and 11 sound sites.

The highlight of the day was the eye catching procession where 35 different groups, clubs, schools, societies and communities impressed the crowds with their breath taking, magnificent costumes. There were also street entertainers, a variety of craft and food stalls and fairground attractions for all the family to enjoy.
