The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has launched Tick tock – a new training DVD designed to help public authorities understand their responsibilities when dealing with requests under the Freedom of Information Act and the Environmental Information Regulations. The DVD also gives practical guidance on the new ICO model publication scheme which public authorities have been required to adopt from 1 January 2009.To order a copy of the Tick tock DVD, visit our Request publications page.
