Ways to pay your leasehold service charge

Leaseholders pay a service charge to cover their share of the cost of the repairs and maintenance as well as improvements to the building. Your service charge is due monthly in advance.

You can check your balance, print a statement, and link to online payment using housing self-service.

There is no charge for using a debit card.

Direct Debit is the simplest, safest and most secure way to pay your service charge. The benefits are:

  • you won't forget to pay as it is sent by your bank on the date it is due
  • if you own money  you can add it to you payments, helping you to manage your debt
  • you keep control because of the Direct Debit guarantee

Simply call us on 01582 547340 with your bank details and we will set up your Direct Debit over the phone.

Alternatively  you can download and complete the form below and return it to us at the address below.

We will write to you confirming your payments and when they will be taken from your bank account. If the amount you have to pay changes, we will write to you advising you of the new amount and when the new payments will begin.

Call our automated telephone payment system 24 hours a day on 0300 456 2725 and pay by credit or debit card. You can also call the Customer Service Centre on 01582 546620. Lines are open 8am to 6pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 10am to 6pm on Wednesdays.

We recommend that you listen to all payment options to ensure the correct one is chosen for a successful payment.
