Money

The rents we charge pay for the services you receive such as home repairs, improvements and the maintenance of communal areas of estates. Your rent is due in advance every week on a Monday. You can pay fortnightly or monthly but this must be in advance.

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the simplest, safest, most secure and reliable way to pay your rent.

  • spread your payments
  • never miss a payment - payment is automatically taken from your account when your bill is due
  • no queueing at the bank or writing cheques

We will write to you confirming your payments and when they will be taken from your bank account. If the amount you have to pay changes, we will write to you advising you of the new amount and when the new payments will begin.
