| Information | Workshop suitable for those aged 8+years. The scientis Charles Darwin published his theory in 'The Origin of the Species' 150 years ago. We celebrate this landmark in scientific thinking by making papier mache models of creatures that Darwin studied, from dinosaurs to dodos. In this first session, choose a favourite creature to model in a creative way. In the second session on Monday 3 August, paint the finished piece. Free but booking is essential, please telephone 01582 548600. Children's craft activities are suitable for children aged 5+ years. Unless otherwise stated, a responsible adult must accompany children at all times. Last admission to activities is 15 minutes before started closing times. Museums Luton takes every precaution to make our children's activities safe. We reserve the right to refuse entry to activities if health and safety considerations arise. |
